Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your single sign-on Raven Password or your password for Raven authentication, there are 2 ways in which you can reset it:
Self-service password recovery
If you configured self-service password recovery (using a recovery email address or mobile phone number, and security questions), you may use that to reset your password.
Password reset token
If you did not configure self-service password recovery, or your password recovery method is no longer available to you, or you have forgotten the necessary details, you may reset your password using a Password Reset Token.
Typically, you may obtain a password reset token from your college or department, or by visiting the UIS Service Desk, with proof of your identity.
